Who you are dealing with

Azimuth is run by Ben Harvey, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Azimuth. Questions, complaints and cancellations all go to[email protected], and you will get an answer from a person.

The free tools

The decks, the converter and everything else that runs in your browser are free to use, for practice, performance or anything lawful. They are provided as-is, with no warranty: browsers differ, hardware differs, and we cannot promise the software is fit for any particular purpose or free of defects.

You are responsible for the audio you load. Only mix and render material you have the right to use.

Paid plans

Pro and Creator are subscriptions billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly. The price shown is the price you pay: any tax that applies is worked out at checkout and included in that figure, never added on afterwards. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A licence is personal and not transferable.

If we ever discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will say so ahead of time and you can cancel before your next renewal. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by anything here.

Cancelling, and the 14 days

Buying digital content online normally comes with 14 days to change your mind. Because a subscription unlocks immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that it starts straight away, and doing so gives up that 14-day right — which is how the law works for anything delivered instantly.

It is not how we intend to behave. If something does not work, or is not what you expected, email [email protected]and ask for your money back. Cancelling a subscription at any other time stops the next payment and leaves your access running until the period you already paid for ends.

What you make, and what you may not take

Everything you make with Azimuth is yours. Mixes, recordings, renders, sets — all of it, including commercially, with no cut and no credit required. We claim nothing in your output, and there is no clause here that quietly says otherwise.

The software itself is a different matter. It is licensed to you to use, not to keep. Because it is a browser application, its code is delivered to your machine in readable form — a real-time audio engine has nowhere else to run. That is a technical necessity, not permission to copy it. Reproducing, republishing or redistributing the code, or reverse engineering it in order to rebuild it, is not allowed without written permission. The full notice is at /LICENSE.

Open-source components inside the app stay under their own licences, which this page does not override.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Azimuth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and material changes to paid plans will be flagged before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
